Cytotoxic refers to a substance or process which results in cell damage or cell death. The prefix “cyto” refers to cell and “toxic” to poison. The term is often used to describe chemotherapy drugs that kill cancer cells, but it may also be used to describe toxins, such as venom. Within our own immune systems, we have cells that are considered cytotoxic, such as the T cells that kill bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells.1 The label “cytotoxic” is important for medical professionals who will be handling cytotoxic medications or other substances that can cause cell death, and specific precautions are necessary for safety. Cytotoxicity testing is important in ensuring safety ranging from environmental exposures to medical devices.2
Arwen~ People are outing themselves from this virus..making it very clear who is for tyranny and medical dictatorships. Just an FYI, you and others who think like you will not stop with segregation for those who choose not to take the jab and who knows if there is any line in the sand you will not cross now…should be alarmed by that.

Canadians want life to return to normal as soon as possible after the turmoil of the past year and a half.
There are a number of provinces that, to their credit, are doing just that. Chief medical officers from across the country have spoken of the need to learn to live with COVID-19.
Yet there are some people who don’t appear content to just let people return to normal of their own accord. Instead, they see this as an opportunity for some sort of a reset — to remake the economy and society according to their own ideological fancy.
One such person is Liberal leader Justin Trudeau.
“This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset,” Trudeau said last November. “This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality and climate change.”
Yikes. That’s straight for the horse’s mouth.
You’ll forgive us for taking issue with Trudeau’s remarks, but we don’t think the pandemic is an opportunity at all. We think it’s a tragedy that we wish never happened in the first place.
And what’s with this idea that we need to “reimagine economic systems”? Thanks, but no thanks.
We have faith that business leaders, community groups and innovators across Canada will do what they do well and tackle the challenges this nation faces.
They don’t need Trudeau reimagining the rules of the game to reset them to align with his pet projects.
Trudeau has told media that this current federal election campaign is about Canadians’ choosing which direction we head in post-pandemic. He’s right.
Canadians need to take this choice seriously.
Do you believe that the pre-pandemic world was so broken in such a way that only more government involvement in our lives and micromanagement of the economy can solve it?
We don’t.
In fact, we see all of this talk of a “reset” as nothing but a crass power grab.
It’s true that life is getting costlier for many Canadians. Inflation is hitting groceries and real estate hard.
The answer to this though isn’t more government. In fact, actions from government has only made it worse.
